AO-1202 / PROJECT/ADMNISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Jura
For one of our client in JURA , we're looking for a
PROJECT/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
JOB SCOPE
• Management and filing of subcontracting documentation
• Receive and verify the documentation submitted by foreign subcontractors to access the site and report issues or mistakes where applicable
• Archive the above documentation in order to ensure compliance with archive system and auditability of such documentation
• Loading correspondence into client's document storage software, if requested
• May include some assistance and sourcing of material for the job site office (e.g. water)
• Combine material from a number of sources in order to produce reports and distribute as required
• Arrange in-house meetings and organize refreshments as required
PROFILE
• Fluent in French and English is a must
• Proven administrative experience
• Problem solving skills
• Good PC skills required, fully conversant with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
• Flexible, resourceful, adaptable and able to work on own initiative
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with living in Tavaux area, is an advantage
Commencement of mission : ASAP
Duration of mission : 12 months
